3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are accepted only through secure online transactions via Razorpay.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

4. Shipping

• Orders are shipped via Delhivery. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery delays due to courier/logistics issues are beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer exchanges only (no refunds), unless you receive a defective or incorrect product.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
