Orders

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message.

Orders cannot be modified once confirmed, but you may request an exchange after delivery (see Exchange Policy below).
Shipping

All orders are shipped via Delhivery to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary between 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen logistics issues — we’ll always keep you updated.
Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only (no refunds), except in rare cases of defective or incorrect products received.

To be eligible for exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Payments

We currently accept prepaid online payments only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
