Shipping Policy

At Ade9 (pronounced adenine), we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with the same care we put into our products. Please read our shipping and returns policy to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We partner with Delhivery for reliable, trackable delivery across India.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

    • Tier 2 & 3 cities and remote areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

  • During festive seasons or sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. Undeliverable Packages

  • If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will require payment of additional shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Ade9 pieces, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

1. Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

  • We currently do not offer refunds, except in special cases such as wrong product shipped or a verified quality defect.

  • We offer size and product exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Eligible Exchange Conditions

  • Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, undamaged.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance sales.

  • Yoga mats and other personal-use accessories (for hygiene reasons).

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.)

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch your exchange item.

Special Cases

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund in rare, approved cases.
